1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all services and contracts made through www.urbane-love.com between Urban Love (aka “we”, “us”, “the provider”) and the client (aka “you”, “the client”, “commissioner”).

This includes, in particular:

• Concept development and execution of graffiti or mural art projects

• Matching clients with pro artists in the urban / street art scene

• Custom commissions (murals, canvases, installations, etc.)

• Visual concepts and layout phases for individual projects

2. Purpose of Contract

The contract covers the creation of custom graffiti art or mural work, or the matchmaking between you and a suitable artist. All key project details – like location, theme, technique, budget, usage rights, etc. – are agreed on in writing before we kick off.

3. Project Phases / Layout Stages

3.1. Every project runs through clearly defined phases.
3.2. Depending on the brief, a layout or sketch will be created before we go big.
3.3. Layout stages (e.g. sketches, mockups, moodboards) are charged separately – unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3.4. Revisions are limited to what's specified in the quote.

4. Artist Booking & Mediation

4.1. When we match you with an artist, we act as an agency or creative middleman.
4.2. The contract can either be with the artist directly or via us as general contractor.
4.3. We may include an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) as part of the deal.
4.4. Direct bookings of our referred artists without our approval – within 12 months after the intro – are a no-go.

5. Contract Formation

5.1. All quotes are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
5.2. The contract becomes valid once confirmed in writing or once work begins.
5.3. Any changes or extras need to be made in writing – messages count.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

6.1. Our prices are based on the agreed project fee.
6.2. Unless we’ve agreed differently, payments are due in two steps:

• 50% upfront when the project is confirmed

• 50% upon completion

6.3. If you cancel, we’ll charge for any work done up to that point (e.g. drafts).
6.4. All prices are exclusive of VAT (as legally required).

7. Usage Rights

7.1. Copyright stays with the artist or Urban Love – always.
7.2. Once fully paid, you get the simple right to use the artwork as agreed.
7.3. Any resale, edits, or extra use beyond the agreed scope? You’ll need written permission.

8. Liability

8.1. We’re only liable for intentional damage or gross negligence.
8.2. We’re not responsible for third-party damage or misuse of the artwork.
8.3. You’re responsible for getting any permissions needed for public spaces.

9. Confidentiality / NDA

9.1. Both sides agree to keep all project details and rates confidential.

10. Withdrawal & Reservation of Rights

10.1. We reserve the right to turn down projects in case of:

• missing permits

• legal concerns

• content that doesn’t align with our values

10.2. If a booked artist is unavailable due to illness or force majeure, we’ll do our best to reschedule or find alternatives.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. German law applies.
11.2. Place of jurisdiction is our registered business address, where permitted.
11.3. If any clause becomes invalid, the rest still holds strong.
